Damaged/Defective Product: In case you receive a damaged/defective product. Please email the image/order number/details to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt. We will either replace the product or refund the amount. Refunds will be made via Bank Transfer/Refund to Card or Wallet used for making payment. Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days. It will be made only to the account of the person who has made the payment and not to a third party account.
Product not as described: In case you receive a product which is not as per the description on the website. Please send us a email with a picture/order no/details to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the order. We will get back to you within 3 working days.
Return: If the product received is damaged, wrong product, defective or not as per the website then we will initiate the return shipping. Returns & Refunds are not possible for personalised orders unless damaged or defective. For any other issue or exchange if possible, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.
